Dear colleagues! We inform you that from the 1st of September, 2009 we start to accept order forms for participating in the “Hosted Buyers” program!

What is “Hosted Buyers” program?
The “Hosted Buyers” program is one of the most evident steps towards the European standards of travel exhibitions organization.

Advantages of the “Hosted Buyers” program:
- Free flight or travel by rail from the residence town to Moscow and back (economic class);
- Free accommodation in a hotel (including breakfast);
- Accreditation as the participant of the “Hosted Buyers” program for the whole period of the Fair;
- Introduction to exhibitors of the Fifth International Travel Fair “Intourmarket-2010”;
- Participating in all events of the Fair business program;
- Operational comfort:
Transfer, accommodation, preplanned by the program consultant individual schedule of meetings and program events (participant’s day book), working at the Fair in separate business zone “Hosted Buyers Lounge” (negotiations, Internet service, rest).
- Getting informational materials of the fair – catalogue, guide book, specialized publication
- Placing information about a company in the fair official catalogue in the part “Hosted Buyers” program.

Conditions of participation in the program “Hosted Buyers”:
- Fill in the form at our site www.itmexpo.ru from the 1st of September, 2009 till the 1st of December, 2009.
- Your form will be revised by exhibitors and organizing committee of the fair. Selection responses will be published at the site www.itmexpo.ru 2 months before the beginning of the fair.
- Filling in the form automatically you agree with the terms of participating in the program.
- Participating in the program is free for professional visitors.

Obligations:
- One of the necessary obligations of participating in the program is visiting the fair events indicated in participant diary and event at your choice

Success of our fair depends to a great degree on the “Hosted Buyers” program and success of your company on new business contacts contributes to business development.
