TravelGarant became a part of Russian Express

TravelGarant became a part of Russian Express. That’s the 2nd acquisition of Russian Express during the season. In September, Oduvanchink Travel Company specializing in alpine skiing trips to France became a part of Russian Express, as well. TravelGarant specialized in the outgoing tourism to the countries of Eastern Europe: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland and Hungary. TravelGarant sent more than 7 thousand tourists to these countries in 2008 including 5 thousand tourists to Czech Republic.

“This deal is natural for the period of consolidation of the market, which intensified during the crisis”, commented General Director of Russian Express Company Taras Kobishchanov.
