Forbes rated air companies according to flight delays

During the first 4 months of 2010 the list of non-punctual companies were led by Sky Express and Vladivostok-avia.
The list of the airlines with maximum number of delays:
1. Sky Express
2. Vladivostok-avia
3. Atlant-Soyuz
4. Avianova
5. Yakutia
6. Red Wings
7. Orenburg airlines
8. Moskovia
9. Taymyr (NordStar Airlines)
10. Ural airlines
The most punctual turned out to be Aeroflot, IFly and Sakhalin airlines. The magazine plans to publish such ratings regularly.
Forbes used the data of the Federal Agency of Air Transport: the number of transported people during January-April, 2010 and the information concerning flight delays of more than 2 hours. 35 major air companies (96.3% of all transported passengers) were included into Forbes rating.
