Bavarian businessmen will invest 3 billion Euros for the building of 10 hotels in Moscow

The entrepreneurs of Bavaria are ready to invest about 3 billion Euros for the construction of 10 hotels in Moscow.
“These plans are absolutely real; it will be realized in the framework of target program of the development of hotels’ rooms in the territory of Moscow”, said Yury Roslyak, the First Deputy Mayor of Moscow during the opening of the Day of Bavarian Economy in Moscow on July 1, 2010.
According to Mr. Roslyak, 10 ground areas have been already chosen for the construction of the hotels with the capacity of 200-300 rooms. The hotels may also include some business centres.
“We are talking mostly about peripheral part of Moscow. All the documentation has been developed”, said the First Deputy Mayor.
The investment of the first “Bavarian” hotels may start next year. According to Mr. Roslyak, it will be possible to finish all the construction works till 2016.
